Would you like to have a Desire, Sensation or Touch? How about Wildfire? We are talking about Android phones here.
Where do you think the inspiration to the manufacturers come from to name an Android phone, we think it comes from Condom Names, seriously, didn’t the above names ring a bell? Both Android Phone and Condom happen to have a same name, Co-incidence, We think not!
Here is a chart put up by the folks at The Intercom Blog where there are 20 different product names and it shows which ones are Android Phones and which ones are condoms and which ones are both, guess what 8/20 names are intersecting, i.e. 8 names out of 20 names are shared with a condom and an Android phone.  The rest of the names chosen, like Hero, Electrify and Ultra Thin could go either way. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised to see them make the jump at some point in the future.
Of course, there’s a ton of condom names that would never make for good Android handsets, and some Android phones would make terrible condom names Trojan Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD? or Durex Pleasuremax Xperia HD? this is actually hilarious.
