Everyone rushing to Android 4.1 Jelly Beans, The Google flagships have already got them, that’s why I love them, but if you are the proud owner of the world most used Smartphone the Samsung Galaxy S2 and are stuck with either Gingerbread (if you’re in Stone Age, living in a cave) or with Ice Cream Sandwich, here is how you can get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on your Samsung Galaxy S2, unofficially.
One of the developers over that our favorite developers site, XDA-Developers, LastStandingDroid has cooked up a Beta version of the latest operating system from Google, Codename: Jelly Bean.
The ROM is based on the same Android 4.1 Jelly Bean that comes on the Galaxy Nexus devices given away at Google I/O 2012, and uses a modified kernel based on CyanogenMod 9. Because of the short development time and lack of proper resources, the ROM has plenty of issues and needs a lot of work.

As stated the Rom is in BETA, or rather Alpha, Basic things like WiFi, Bluetooth, Camera, Google Search and SuperUser access does not work on the ROM, hence you can use this ROM for daily operations, but we are sure you about getting a more stable version soon.
If the daredevil in you wants to check out Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for your Galaxy S2, you can visit the official XDA-Developers thread for more information. Pre-requisites include a rooted Galaxy S II and ClockworkMod 5.x.x.x. The method is  the usual flash from ClockworkMod Recovery deal. Just be sure to take a NANDroid backup in case things turn ugly.
