5 Awesome Web Browsers for Android Smartphones/Tablets

Whether it is an Android Smartphone or iPhone, it is all about Internet Experience on the phone. Smartphones are nothing without the Internet connectivity. Even a smartphone without Internet is just a simple phone.

We always give preference to large screen display phones so that we can enhance our Internet surfing and multimedia experience. But I would like to say that not only the phone’s display but the web browser plays a very important role in our Internet surfing experience.

In this article, I am going to list browsers in the order of my liking and beautiful experience.

Dolphin Browser HD

From a long time, I am using Dolphin Browser HD. I have one word to say for this browser “Awesome”. Dolphin browser really enhanced my Internet experience because this browser has beautiful features and smooth working.  Dolphin offers gesture-based interface, which speeds up the work. Moreover, plugins can be installed to add more functionality to this browser.

Mozilla Firefox

Firefox is also in the top list of browsers. Firefox offered very smooth and amazing performance. The only thing that I disliked about Firefox is that, it crashes on my phone sometimes. However, the entire PC like features is available on Firefox for Android. Extensions can be installed in the Android’s Firefox also.

Opera Mobile

Opera was my first preference when I was using Symbian Phone. When it came to Android phone, I installed Opera in order to test the usage. I found that, Opera Mobile really loads website very fast. Moreover, the configuration settings of Opera Mobile provide much flexibility to adjust our browsing experience in order to our Internet connection on phone.

Maxthon Browser

I had used Maxthon on PC for a period of 2 months, and then I left that browser. The only reason was lack of enhancements and extensions. However, Maxthon is really a good browser. It offers Favourites Manager, where you can save your favorite pages and go through them easily. On phone, Maxthon browser offers Add-ons and you can install to enhance the functionality. Overall the browser is worthy!

Google Chrome Beta

Google Chrome Beta has recently arrived to the Android Market. However, I haven’t tested this browser yet. But I had read many reviews of it over the internet and found that the browser is really offering better internet experience. Moreover, Chrome doesn’t have a toggle for requesting desktop sites. Chrome does not have Flash integration either.
