Geek’s Valentine – Google has something for you, a heart shaped graph equation; Even a Batman Logo!

Valentine’s day is around the corner and someone somewhere has done a nifty little trick on Google. Using Google multi-featured query box, they have gone ahead and plotted a graph to make it look like a heart.

There are some awesome tricks that Google hides in it’s search Box, various keywords trigger them, perviously popular “Do a Barrel Roll” has been quite popular.

Here is how you can make a Heart shaped Graph on Google and send a link to your loved ones and impress them in a Geeky Way!

Go to Google.com

Type:  sqrt(cos(x))*cos(300x)+sqrt(abs(x))-0.7)*(4-x*x)^0.01, sqrt(6-x^2), -sqrt(6-x^2) from -4.5 to 4.5 in the search bar.

and Voila!!

Basically, the equation is written in such a way that it transforms the graph to a heart shaped graphics, mind you it is a very tough thing to do, however, it has been done right in time for valentine’s day.

Want to impress even further. Have them fire up a QR Code reader app on their phone and then point their phone with the below QR-Code.

Not impressed yet? Well, here is how you can plot a Batman Logo on Google Search using the following equation

2 sqrt(-abs(abs(x)-1)*abs(3-abs(x))/((abs(x)-1)*(3-abs(x))))(1+abs(abs(x)-3)/(abs(x)-3))sqrt(1-(x/7)^2)+(5+0.97(abs(x-.5)+abs(x+.5))-3(abs(x-.75)+abs(x+.75)))(1+abs(1-abs(x))/(1-abs(x))),-3sqrt(1-(x/7)^2)sqrt(abs(abs(x)-4)/(abs(x)-4)),abs(x/2)-0.0913722(x^2)-3+sqrt(1-(abs(abs(x)-2)-1)^2),(2.71052+(1.5-.5abs(x))-1.35526sqrt(4-(abs(x)-1)^2))sqrt(abs(abs(x)-1)/(abs(x)-1))+0.9
