Symantec, the security company has shared a list of Application on the Android Market that are known to be Infected with Viruses or some of the type of malicious code. Some of them also contain Trojan, which might use your Android as a Zombie to attack another device or steal your personal information, either ways, it will cause harm to you.
Symantec detection strategy is fairly simple:
“We’ve seen the approach where the bad guys take an existing legitimate application, modify it and post it onto the marketplace, but these seem to be created completely,” said Kevin Haley, director of Symantec Security Response. “The titles sound like the real existing mobile apps but they are not the real thing.”
Symantec has classified the new type of Trojans as Android.Counterclank. This is very similar to Android.Tonclank, which attacked in June 2011.
Developed include iApps7 Inc, Ogre Games and Redmicapps applications like: Counter Elite Force or Sexy Girls Puzzle has been infected and manipulated with malicious code.

Symantec has been given to the new Counterclank Trojan, a low risk level because it can be removed very simple. “This is a classic Trojan horse where bad stuff is hidden within something that seems benign or seems perfectly fine,” Haley said.
There are 2 ways you can get the infection out of your Androids
1. A complete scanning of your system with a Symantec application itself, called Norton Mobile Security. The App is free , Once you run it, you must go to “Anti-Malware” and hit “Scan Now”
2. Uninstall the infected application so that the Trojan disappears from your system.
a) Go to Settings > configuration
b) Then, tap on Applications
c) Manage applications
d) Tap the “infected”  application and then go for “Uninstall”.
