Google’s Nexus ‘Prime’ to be built by Samsung will boast Android 4.0 “Ice-cream Sandwich”

We’ve got an update via BGR that Samsung is gearing up with Google to produce the 3rd Nexus Model, It has been code named Nexus Prime, this will be the first Android 4.0 (Ice-cream Sandwich) phone available in the market.

 

It turns out that the 720p HD screen of the highly anticipated device is branded as Super AMOLED HD and what better a company can be than Samsung which are known for it great looking Screens,  BGR’s source advises that the processor speed for the Nexus Prime is a next-generation dual-core CPU, in either 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz speeds. As for as the chipset, the most likely candidate will be Texas Instruments’ OMAP 4460 or Qualcomm’s latest (Krait) Snapdragon.

 

The camera will be 5 megapixels, but the sensor will be improved for higher quality images and better low-light conditions. Like many Android handsets on the market, the Nexus Prime will offer a front-facing (probably, 1-megapxiel) camera for video chat.

Google is also know to add final touch surprises to it’s services and products and this will keep everyone guessing of what can be along with the Nexus Prime
