How Google is changing our Memory – Infographics

When is the last time you opened a big Fat book to search for some vital information about a Topic, and when is the last time you Google’d something. The latter was part might not be more than a day while the former might be ages together. This is how Google, the search giant, has changed things for people around the world.

We are in an information age, where do don’t remember, or rather, don’t need to remember the information, we need to remember where the information is stored, So the focus is moved from your brain storing the data to a HUGE or say, a sets of Small computer storing the same data for you, is it a good thing or a bad thing, well it can be subjective.

But yeah, the intellect has been on decline, for sure. However, the good thing is, we can focus more on the final products and stop worrying about the nitty-gritty stuffs which in turn, can make a person more productive. Are we aware of the price that we are paying for it? We don’t think so.

Folks over at Online Colleges have created a colorful, informative infograph to represent how Google has changed our memory

Great stuff there, I am sure a lot of people will agree that Google has simplified their life but at what price? We think a machine will replace humans in the near future, which according to us should NEVER happen

Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler
